We have had our caravan stored with Storage King at Botany for 3.5 years now and during this time we have had dealings with staff at both the North and South depots. In our view the level of service is exceptional and during our period using Storage King we have always found Peter (Manager) Kim, Ross, Mark and Glenn extremely caring and professional to deal with. Great service, facility is always clean and tidy and extremely secure. I have used this branch twice now and will continue to use it when required. I would recommend this branch for all your storage needs. With effect from the 21st of March, I signed up for a month's storage service at Botany North Storage King. Prior to the sign up of the Storage, Peter had provided me with the top-notch customer service and efficiently prompt support via our tele-conversation that any new customer like myself could ask for. The emails that were sent to me by Peter were highly informative, detailed and very helpful. I find Peter to be notably patient, helpful, versatile, friendly, thoughtful, and unquestionably professional in his line of duty. He had presented to me that Storage King is a trustworthy and reliable establishment. Through the few tele-interactions I had with Peter regarding my queries and concerns for the storage services, I could feel the pride and dedication Peter has for his job commitment; in addition, the amazing flair in him to establish sincere, respectful and strong rapport with customers would certainly enhance the faith that any customers would want to see in the services that they sign up for. With my humble opinion as a customer, I see Mr Peter Limpus as an asset to Storage King - Storage King would certainly flourish as a first choice option for storage services having staffs who could possess Mr Peter Limpus's calibre as a responsible, capable, dependable and inspiring team leader in his profession. The facility is clean, safe, very convenient and flexible to enter and exit. The facility is well managed. We have stored for 4 years and our goods were in a very good condition as the storage facility is well maintained. I highly recommend Storage King, Botany Downs as I have had many storage units but this one is far the best. A safe and secure place and happy, smiling, friendly, caring staff under Peter the Manager who is amazing. Regular checks are done on all units lets you know your possessions are safe and knowing you are also safe (being a woman) no matter time of day you go there. What a fabulous crowd at Storage King Botany North. Couldn t be happier. Quote came fast and efficient and was detailed and when i arrived to sign they were friendly and even kept my 2 year old entertained while I signed the paperwork. Showed my around and was so helpful. Upon moving day it was easy and the manager even phoned me and let me know that my lock was too long and unsafe. Never have i had a company that did checks like this and was proactive in ensuring that my goods were safe. Well done Storage King botany.
